Give one point for each check you can genuinely support. A score of six or seven makes the row a strong research candidate—not a guarantee. Four or five needs more work; three or less should usually leave the shortlist.
The seven-point checklist

- Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
- Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
- Price makes sense beside similar finds.
- Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
- The row is not just hype or a vague label.
- I can explain why I would save this find.

Score your row
A high score means the row communicates well enough to keep comparing. It does not verify a product, seller, platform, or transaction. If one missing fact would change the whole decision—such as size or compatibility—research it even when the total looks strong.

QC photos can reveal visible condition and construction details. They cannot prove every material claim, long-term performance, authenticity, safety, or what will arrive later.
Good row example
Category: structured shoulder bag. Evidence: exterior, interior, closure, base, strap connection, and dimensions. Context: compared beside similar-size bags; empty weight noted. Reason to save: the dimensions and internal layout match the intended use.
Weak row example
Category: unclear accessory. Evidence: one distant image. Context: no dimensions, material wording, source match, or weight clue. Reason to save: the title says it is popular. This row needs research or removal.
One-sentence save rule
Save the row only if you can complete this sentence with evidence: “This stays on my BBBBuy shortlist because…”
A clear answer might mention measurements, useful QC photos, compatible specifications, comparable price context, or manageable weight. “Everyone likes it” is not an evidence-based answer.
What to do next
If the category is unclear, return to BBBBuy spreadsheet categories. If the score falls because of shipping uncertainty, use the weight guide. If an external link or claim feels vague, review the buyer safety notes.
Only continue externally when you are ready to inspect third-party details yourself.
